Evening and weekend appointments are agreed in advance and depend on availability.

What do the service prices cover?
The stated standard domestic service, local Wirral travel and labour. Gas boiler servicing includes a gas safety certificate for the boiler. Heat-pump servicing includes cylinder inspection; internal inspection and cleaning if needed is an extra £70. We check your model and access before booking. Parts, required service kits, repairs and specialist access are quoted separately, with the total agreed first.
Is a service the same as a repair?
No. These prices are for routine maintenance of working equipment. Tell us about any existing fault when you enquire so we can discuss the appropriate work and quote.
What information should I have ready?

Can I book an appointment online?
